This PR improves the model card by:

Adding a link to the associated research paper: Qianfan-OCR: A Unified End-to-End Model for Document Intelligence.
Updating the metadata with relevant tags like ocr and document-understanding for better discoverability.
Updating the license to MIT as specified in the official GitHub repository.
