The platform is incredible, the kind of service they are providing is commendable.
Personal Experience:
My use case with HuggingFace came into picture somewhere in May 2025, when I was looking for an option to deploy my local developed project consisting of fine tuned model, and one of the best option I came across at that moment is HuggingFace, because of the space and service they are offering. I was so impressed with the option that I was even tempted to go for Premium option but thankfully I didnt.

One of the major problem that I faced and is still facing is that there is “NOONE TO CONNECT”, No service agent, no assistance, even the discord channel is now disabled : https://huggingface.co/join/discord .Now, that might have been because of the increase traffic and user base but the trust with the provider is starting to fade now and that really questioned me to go with Premium Service.
WHY THIS POST:
Because I raised an issue related to huggingface repository problem, which I felt was the problem at huggingface end, because the platform is not being able to detect the file extension properly. More on this at :

And the issue is being raised on 06th September 2025 and its been more than 4 months and there is NO SINGLE RESPONSE from any of the assistance team member. Nothing.
Well We know the Product is Good but the Company success in the long term doesnt only depend on creating an exceptional product but also with taking care of the services provided.
