Paid for pro-no pro

Paid for pro but pro is absolutely not reflecting in my account at all and bull BS. They do take it from your anccount immediately. It’s not just a hold and it’s a $10 hold at that :+1:

Hey @BBNSISI31 thanks for emailing support! I responded earlier today, but I’ll also share my response here in case it benefits other users too.

Each time a payment method is added to an account, we’ll validate the card with a $10 hold, but don’t worry - this is not charged. The hold should clear within a few business days, though this timeline can depend on your bank or card issuer.

If the card wasn’t added or if the PRO subscription wasn’t successful, you can add a different card. Please ensure the card supports 3D-secure authentication, is properly configured for recurring online payments, and is not a prepaid card. Once your card has been added, you can subscribe to PRO :hugs:
