Hi,
Our Argilla Space suddenly got stuck in an infinite restart loop and we can’t access it anymore:
https://huggingface.co/spaces/KSE-RESEARCH-Group/argilla-annotation-tool
The logs just keep showing the application startup message and then the container restarts again. We already tried restarting the Space and doing a Factory Reset, but it didn’t help.
We used this Space to collect human annotations for a research dataset, so the main concern is the data stored in persistent storage. There’s a lot of manual annotation work there and we really don’t want to lose it.
The only way we see to access the DB directly would be to upgrade plan to enable SSH, but that would cost about $800–900, which is way outside our research budget. We only need access long enough to extract the data.
So a few questions:
-
Is there any way to recover/export data from persistent storage when a Space is stuck restarting?
-
Can HF staff temporarily help access or extract the persistent volume?
-
Any other way to recover Argilla data in this situation?
Would really appreciate any advice.
